57th Presidential Inauguration
I was lucky enough to attend the 57th Presidential Inauguration. Where the 44th President of the United State of America Barack Obama and the Vice President Joe Biden where sworn in. It was a cold Jan morning but an experience I’ll never forget.
Check out some of the photos
There is a photo that the White House took that shows the President looking back at the National Mall one more time. I had no idea that I had a similar photo until I got home and loaded my photos into Light Room. If you zoom in or look closely you can see the President standing underneath the arch looking back one more time.

This is a blog post that I have never done before, a 2011 Year in review. I’ve been seeing many “best of” and “year in review” lately. So I thought it would be nice to post my favorite photos of the year that I have taken.

Seasons Spring Cover
This is the last photo shoot that I did for the City of Santa Clarita. It is the cover for the Spring 2011 Seasons Magazine.
This photo shoot was in late December and made to look like it was spring time in Santa Clarita. We shot it out at East Walker Ranch to show off the open space area that the city had. Prior to this shoot there was continual rain in Santa Clarita and who knew if we would be able to get a shoot in at all. Luckily a day finally cleared up and we went and shot this cover which took less than 2 hours to finish the shoot. I think the cover turned out great.
Cable Cars in San Francisco
On January 17, 2011 we had the Monday off to celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. day. I took this opportunity to go and do some exploring around San Francisco. I’ve been out to this city a few times in the last couple of years and have seen a lot of the tourist areas and landmarks in San Francisco. I looked at the list of things to do and realized that I had never rode the famous San Francisco cable cars. It was definitely fun to ride the cable cars around San Francisco. I would recommend giving it a try, it’s sort of lighting a Disneyland ride.
I started at the Powell street turn around and took that to Mason and walked around Fisherman’s Warf and Pier 39. After that I took the Hyde street car back to Powell and walked around Union Square. Check out the photos here:
